1) Please do email us the orders ONLY if you are confirm buying our item/s.

2) Payments are to be made via PAYPAL or BANK TRANSFERS. An email will be sent to customers
after we have confirmed the order as well as information pertaining to your order/s. Prices are in USD.
3) For bank transfers, Payment has to be made within 48hrs and payments via PAYPAL is to be made
within 3 days of your confirmed order/s after we have sent the invoice otherwise the order will be
cancelled. Please email us back as soon you have received the confirmation email from us.
4) Once payments have been made AND cleared we will then proceed to send you the item/s ordered.
We prefer to post via express mail as a tracking number will be provided for your reference but do let us know if you prefer normal postage. MEET UPS CAN BE ARRANGED FOR OUR SINGAPORE BUYERS.
5) We WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for any lost or damaged items caused by the postage service provider.
6) REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE MADE if you were to return the item/s to us within 7 days and the return postage charges (via express mail WITH tracking number included) is to be borne by the buyer. We will not entertain item/s returned to us via normal mail nor will we be responsible for any lost or damaged items caused during its return process to us.
7) Please DO NOT CONFIRM ORDERS FOR FUN. Customers who confirm orders and back out or disappear thereafter will be blacklisted immediately and be banned from leaving comments & have their emails ignored in the future.
8) PLEASE take note that orders cannot be cancelled once payment is made OR orders being confirmed by us and NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLED ORDER/S.

1) All items will be posted from Malaysia via POS LAJU (Express Mail). This method is so much better as
our customers can monitor the progress of their orders by using the tracking number provided by the postal
service by going to www.pos.com.my Here you will also be able to check out the postage charges as well. If you prefer normal postage do let us know.
Meet-Ups can be arranged for our Singapore customers.

in our email to you, we will provide you with the necessary postage charges based on the rates of POS MALAYSIA and that means the final figure to be paid will be the item/s ordered PLUS Postage Charges.
